Pawprints

Muddy pawprints all along the floors, 

Across the bed and over the doors, 

Silly little one running around, 

Left, right, up and down... 

Happy sounds and bright face, 

Any frown they can erase, 

They are always there, 

Nothing can compare, 

Unconditional love in their eyes, 

At their demise, 

A part of you dies, 

With memories you'll never be apart, 

Little pawprints left in your heart... 

Little Rant: 

What can I say? I really wanted to do a picture with the doggies, initially I wanted it to be all Cruela De Vil style but along the way my thoughts, feelings and inspiration shifted. Having the love of a pet animal is a connection one cannot describe, something more pure at times than the love we have with other people. They seem to be able to love us unconditionally, even if we ignore them at times, they welcome us in. Some of us tend to just ignore their presence or perhaps not bother much because when we look they are there. But when the day comes and they aren't, that is when we realize the true value of them in our lives, the times they made us smile, lifted us up from feeling down. I never really had a pet but my brother does and perhaps this is a little tribute to him for he is losing a cute little hamster whose time has come. 

To talk more about items in the picture, the outfit is from Dead Dollz called Shierak, I love the sweater and the sheer dress (Not seen much in the picture). They come in very nice colors, if only the dress was not sheer, I would wear it a lot on daily basis. The hair is from Exile, called Frost which is found in this current Dec 2016 round of the Arcade. I just adore the ear covers and the way the long hair flows down, totally comfy. The socks are made by a good friend, Olgita Ruby, the designer of House of Ruby! She makes really good textured appliers and this is one of her newest releases. The cute Dalmatian puppies are also from this Arcade round by Mutresse. The one in my hand was won by my Angel! Last but not the least, this picture was taken in Pandora Resort, the new Lodge design for the Winter Turn over! Isn't it a cute sight to see snowy paw prints?

Solitude Explosion

Explosion within solitude,

Fighting this inner fued,

Dwelling must halt,

Absolute epiphany,

Denial swirling within,

Sttuborn feelings reign,

There's nothing more to gain,

Screaming demons so loud,

Pulling her out of that cloud,

Eyes still shut tight,

Holding on with all her might,

Forever no regrets,

Till her solitude she accepts...

Little Rant:

I love the hair that is from Uber Nov 2016 round by Besom, the best ever beanie hair for me, it is called Star, just perfect. Half my necklace shown is by Empyrean Forge found at Tannenbaum 2016. The necklace is really great but for this shot I couldn't show it off properly. Of course, I really adore Kunst's Slim Cigarette Holder, it is the only cigarette that lasted long with me! I took this picture at Winter Trace, I have been hanging around here the past few days. Honestly I am just enjoying the windlight they have set up, the water is all Ice and reflection effect that tickles my senses and gives me some silent peace from just lazing around. I know I didn't do the sim justice here with this picture but this was more a personal touch for me. I have no idea what windlight this is though...
